JT-NM TESTED
The JT-NM Tested Program returns to IBC 2022 and will again offer documented insight into how vendor equipment conforms to specific SMPTE standards, AMWA NMOS specifications and selected real-world scenarios.

Vendors will be required to conduct self-testing prior to the face-to-face event where the JT-NM will validate the results. See the latest slide deck below.

JT-NM TESTED PROGRAM - AUGUST 2022
V. 1.1 - Updated, 02 JUN 22 - IKH
NOTE: Not the final version. This document will be updated periodically.
The JT-NM Tested Program (September 2019)
The JT-NM Tested program for IBC 2019 adds testing for NMOS/JT-NM TR-1001 in addition to SMPTE ST 2110 testing. The NAB 2019 program only covered ST 2110.
The JT-NM Tested program offers prospective purchasers of IP-based equipment greater, more documented insight into how vendor equipment aligns with open industry standards; specifically SMPTE ST 2110, SMPTE ST 2059, and JT-NM TR-1001-1 including AMWA NMOS IS-04 and IS-05. IS-08 was also tested.
For IBC, there are two JT-NM Tested Catalogs. One for ST 2110, and the other for NMOS/JT-NM TR-1001-1. The catalogs document the test procedures, test equipment and results of the JT-NM Tested event that was held during the week of August 19, 2019 at Riedel Communications in Wuppertal, Germany. This program is not a certification program; rather it is a snapshot in time of how vendor equipment conforms to key parts of SMPTE standards, providing prospective purchasers and users with a reference as they begin their equipment evaluation and qualification process.
